At Crown French Bulldog Homes, the health and well-being of our puppies is our highest priority. Due to the nature of live animal adoption, we have established the following Return and Refund Policy to ensure fairness, transparency, and responsible practices.
All sales are considered final once a puppy has been delivered or picked up. We do not accept returns or exchanges of puppies under any circumstances, as the welfare and stability of our puppies are extremely important to us.
We offer a limited health guarantee to protect our clients in the rare event of a serious health issue.
A refund or replacement may be considered only if:
A licensed veterinarian diagnoses a life-threatening or congenital condition within the specified health guarantee period (as outlined in your purchase agreement), and
Written veterinary documentation is provided, and
The condition is confirmed by our designated veterinarian if required.
In such cases, we may offer:
A replacement puppy of equal value (when available), or
A partial or full refund at our discretion.
Veterinary fees, transportation costs, and related expenses are not refundable.
All deposits made to reserve a puppy are non-refundable. Deposits secure your place and cover care, holding costs, and removal of the puppy from availability.
Refunds will not be issued due to:
Change of mind
Allergies
Housing or landlord issues
Financial difficulties
Personal or family circumstances
We encourage all buyers to ensure they are fully prepared before committing to adoption.
Shipping, delivery, and travel-related fees are non-refundable once services have been scheduled or completed.
In the rare event that we are unable to complete the adoption due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, any payments made will be fully refunded.
